What is Boom Cycle?
Boom Cycle is London’s original a party on a bike! We believe your workouts should be a time where you switch off and leave the rest of the world at the door. We turn the lights down low, crank up the world class sound system and take you on our ‘party on a bike’ experience.
Are there different types of Boom Cycle classes?
Yes! We currently have two formats, plus multiple types of themed rides. The Boom Cycle OG Class format works up a sweat as we crank up the resistance and intensity. This class is ideal for all levels of fitness and suitable for beginners, as you can push yourself to the limits, or pull it back to your own pace. Our Performance Class is ideal for those who prefer cycling-based training. Using higher resistance and slower RPM, you will build up strength and endurance, improving cardiovascular fitness and athletic performance.
What can I expect from a Boom Cycle class?
With the lights low and a world-class sound system, riders are immersed in the ultimate ‘party on a bike’ experience. Prepare to get sweaty in these classes, as we ride hard and fast, crank up the resistance and power, and get low into surges to get your legs and heart racing.
I’ve never done Boom Cycle before, can I still join?
Absolutely! We welcome many first timers every week. For your first ride, please arrive 20 minutes before your class to allow enough time for our Front of House team to get you signed in and show you around the studio. Cycling shoes and sweat towels are provided with lockers for your valuables.
