What is the difference between On Demand and Livestreams?
Our On-demand platform offers a selection of pre-recorded barre workouts that you can access whenever and wherever you like. Livestreams are just like in studio classes, but are streamed live by a Barrecore instructor so you can join from home.
Which online option is best for a beginner?
BarreSIGNATURE caters to all abilities and is always challenging. Pre-natal clients are welcome to attend this class however, we highly recommend first completing our pre-natal modification session.
How do I access the On Demand library?
