This class is ideal for all levels of fitness and suitable for beginners, as you can push yourself to the limits, or pull it back to your own pace.

Boom Cycle Performance

Our Performance Class is ideal for those who prefer cycling-based training. Using higher resistance and slower RPM, you will build up strength and endurance, improving cardiovascular fitness and athletic performance. With steady climbs, resistance and power intervals, and surges to get your legs and heart racing, this class is designed to challenge and improve performance.
