EMFEST
Boom and EmFest are combining forces in aid of Mental Health Awareness Week 2019 and raising money and awareness for the mental health charity MIND! Whether you get your kicks from riding the bike or chilling with a glass of vino and listening to some kick ass live music and comedy cabaret... WE HAVE IT ALL.
When: Friday 17th May 2019
Where: Boom Cycle Battersea
Join us on the evening for a 30 minute ride with Anna, followed by drinks reception, music performance and comedy cabaret for £20 (or just the latter, £10). All acts will be announced VERY soon and all proceeds on the evening will go to MIND.
EMOTION MATTERS
Following the previous sold-out series, EmotionMatters returns to Boom Cycle this May for a journey to discover and create a healthy positive body image that you can take away beyond the workshop.
Featuring a 90-minute dive into creating a healthy body image, you will learn how to declutter your mind to make space for positive thoughts, find new ways to be kind to your body and have some fun along the way!

BOOM & BRUNCH
On Saturday 18th May, we are joining forces with the brunch powerhouse of London - Bill's, for another instalment of Boom & Brunch!
Tickets to Boom & Brunch are £30 – your ticket includes:
- A 45 minute Boom Cycle ride
- REN Clean Skincare gift set
- One of six dishes from Bill's along with your choice of tea or coffee, and any juice or freshly made smoothie.
